Program “Εξοικονόμηση κατ’ οίκον”
The program “Εξοικονόμηση κατ’ οίκον” is a co-financed by EU funds program that provides incentives to citizens in order to improve the energy efficiency of their home, save money and energy.
Eligible properties are all the houses, apartment buildings and individual apartments.
Construction work which one can be financed for are :
• Building envelope insulation
• Window replacement and shading systems fitting
• Heating and cooling system upgrading
For the implementation of interventions it is not required the issuing of a Building Permit or Approval for Small Scale Construction Works, except some special cases.
The maximum eligible budget of interventions, including VAT cannot exceed 15.000 € per property.
Our office, in collaboration with experienced engineers and partners, undertakes the whole construction process for upgrading your home and issues all the necessary documents, permits and approvals requested by the competent authorities on behalf of the applicant.
