Concept Design
The first stage of any project is the architectural concept design, in which are gathered and processed all the data of each project. It usually determines the final result.
We investigate the characteristics of the land, the building rules, the requirements and particular characteristics of the area to which the site belongs. At the same time, we gather the needs and desires of the owners in order to prepare design solutions that will meet their requirements, taking into account the functional and aesthetic aspects of each project. Bioclimatic design and energy consumption are keys of the principles of our studies.
The study of alternative scenarios or proposals is usually presented to our clients in three-dimensional images, in order to give them an overall view of the proposal, to ease the understanding of the morphology, design and functionality of the spaces, so they choose what covers in the best way all their personal needs.
